Everything you need to know about the Campus Representative Programme — answered.

As a Campus Representative, you act as the official liaison between ICSS and your college. You'll promote cybersecurity events, organise workshops, drive student registrations for events like TELOS and EXORSA, manage campus-level social media, and help build a thriving cybersecurity community at your institution.

The programme is designed to be flexible. On average, you'd spend about 3–5 hours per week. During event seasons, it might increase slightly, but we ensure it never conflicts with your academic schedule. Most tasks can be done at your own pace.

While the base role is unpaid, top-performing Campus Representatives earn exclusive rewards including certificates, recommendation letters, personalised ID cards, goodies, and — most importantly — the Top 10 performers get a direct paid internship opportunity with ICSS. It's a performance-based model that rewards your effort.

Absolutely! Students from 1st through 4th year pursuing B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, or MBA are all eligible. In fact, we encourage first-year students to apply early — you'll gain a massive head-start in your professional development and career trajectory.

Not at all! We value enthusiasm, leadership, and communication skills far more than technical cybersecurity expertise. As a Campus Rep, you'll naturally learn about the industry through events, workshops, and direct mentoring from ICSS professionals. Think of it as a learning-while-leading opportunity.

Yes! We encourage multiple applications from the same college. However, final selection is based on merit and interview performance. In larger institutions, we may appoint more than one Campus Representative to ensure comprehensive coverage and maximum impact.
